Soup, Spirit, & Community
This Lent, Trinity was blessed to host a series of successful soup suppers that brought our community together in fellowship and service. Each week, several dozen people gathered, eager to share a meal and connect. The suppers were lovingly provided by various congregational groups, each adding their own special touch to the menu. With such a hungry crowd and delicious food, it was no surprise that almost every pot was scraped clean—there were hardly any leftovers to be found!
Beyond just nourishing our bodies, these evenings also supported the ministries of our church in a meaningful way. Attendees generously contributed donations, which went directly toward funding important outreach and service efforts. We are grateful to everyone who participated, volunteered, and gave so freely, making this year’s Lenten soup suppers a true celebration of community spirit and shared purpose.
