Love, Belonging, & Hope at Interfaith Family Pride Fest

On June 14, Trinity participated in this year’s Interfaith Family Pride Fest, joining neighbors, faith communities, and local organizations in a joyful celebration of LGBTQ+ pride, inclusion, and community. The event brought together a vibrant mix of music, storytelling, and public witness, all grounded in the shared commitment to affirming the dignity of every person.

Trinity members helped create a welcoming presence throughout the event—greeting attendees, sharing resources, offering conversation, and embodying the congregation’s ongoing commitment to hospitality and justice. From the energy of the stage to the connections made across the park, the festival highlighted the power of community coming together in support of love, belonging, and hope.

It was a meaningful opportunity for Trinity to stand alongside partners across Evanston, celebrating the beautiful diversity of God’s people and lifting up a message of affirmation for all.
