Planning for a Peaceful End of Life

Join Lori Hatton, End-of-Life Doula, Elder Care Consultant, and founder of Nightingale Crossings, at Trinity on Saturday, October 10, for an interactive program from 8:30–11:30 AM exploring how to talk about death, define what a “good” end of life means, and create a plan that clearly documents medical and non-medical wishes.

Participants will leave with practical tools to start important conversations and begin an end-of-life plan, easing the burden on loved ones and providing greater peace of mind. This free workshop is open to all—friends, family, and members of the Evanston community are all welcome.

RSVP through the form below or at the See-Sign-Serve table.

Sponsored by SALT (Senior Adults Learning at Trinity).
