Life at Trinity

No Kings Rally — October 18
Join with other members of Trinity as we live out our faith in public together by participating in this pro-democracy, nonpartisan rally in Evanston. No Kings is a peaceful National Day of Action in response to increasing authoritarian excesses. Come stand together in support of our more vulnerable neighbors. Raise your voice in union against the increasing erosion of our constitutional rights. Find hope in community with one another. We do this as Christians, called to “do justice, love kindness and walk humbly with our God.” (Micah 6:8)

Trinity Welcomes Faith in Place for Season of Creation 2025
As we conclude our Season of Creation series, Trinity is delighted to welcome leaders from Faith in Place, Illinois’ leading interfaith environmental justice organization. Since 1999, Faith in Place has partnered with houses of worship to build healthier communities by advancing clean energy and sustainability, expanding access to fresh and local food, protecting land and water, and advocating for policies that care for people and the planet.

God’s work. Our hands. 2025 Edition
Join Trinity as we take part in the ELCA’s annual day of service. On God’s work. Our hands. Sunday, we’ll prepare meals for local partners and support Lutheran Campus Ministry at Northwestern with an afternoon service project.

Blood Drive & Health Fair
Our friends at Grace Lutheran Church (Evanston) have invited us to join them for their annual blood drive and health fair honoring the lives and ministries of the Rev. Dr. Gordon Straw and the Rev. Don McCrary.

Beacons of Light
Each Thursday evening members of Trinity, along with friends and neighbors from local houses of worship are gathering for a 30 minute public witness (“positive protest”) at various sites throughout the community.
