Sunday School

Sunday School is part of our ministry for children and youth.  We meet each Sunday morning at 9:45 a.m. and offer classes for kids ages 3 - 8th grade.  We encourage parents to participate in Sunday School, either by volunteering in a classroom or by participating in their childrens' learning by discussing the lessons at home. 

For the bulk of our Sunday School, our curriculum is based on the Lectionary - we follow the same scripture as the worship services.  Classes are divided by age group and focus on age appropriate learnings.  Currently, we are using a curriculum called SPARK! by Augsburg Fortress. 

Jr. High Sunday School (grades 6th - 8th) focuses on current and relevant issues.  Currently, we are using a DVD series called Nooma that helps our youth explore Jesus' work in their lives.    Check it out!
